• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free APIs
• Attribution is appreciated but not required

3.2 Paid APIs

• Paid APIs require an authorization key
• Keys are non-transferable
• Refund policy is case-by-case basis
• Contact admin for pricing and access

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Abuse or overload our API servers
• Attempt to bypass rate limits
• Use APIs for illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute API access without permission
• Reverse engineer or extract our source code

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design on lmnXshop is protected by copyright. The GitHub tools listed are property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

lmnXshop is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss or inaccuracies
• Third-party API behavior

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms, without prior notice.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• Payment is processed manually via admin contact
• No automatic recurring billing
